How To Make Papaya+Babana Laddoo Recipe In Microwave / gas (Papita+kele ke laddoo)| for vrat / prasad



This is recipe for papita aur kele ke laddoo (papaya and babana balls). This is very easy to make recipe and papita+banana laddoos can be made using either microwave or gas.

Papaya+Banana laddoos (papaya and babana balls) can be prepared for Prasad for puja, for breakfast, evening snacks, teatime snacks or even you can use them as on the go snacks.

Papaya+Banana laddoos are very tasty and liked by kids.



Ingredients for Papaya+Banana laddoos

1)      1 bowl papita (papaya) grated
2)      1 bowl powdered sugar or adjust as per taste
3)      1 banana mashed
4)      1 tbsp milk powder
5)      1 tbsp desiccated coconut


Method for Papaya+Banana laddoos

1)      Transfer grated papita and mashed babana in microwave safe bowl. Add 1/2 bowl sugar.
2)      Mix well and microwave the mixture for 2 minutes on high power
3)      Now stir the mixture well and microwave again on high power for 2 minutes
4)      Microwave the mixture till it becomes thick. After every 2/3 minutes interval, stir the mixture.
5)      It will take around 15 minutes for mixture to get thick
6)      Now add the milk powder, mix well.
7)      Add the ½ tbsp. of desiccated coconut and mix well
8)      Microwave again for another couple of minutes on high power
9)      Now allow the mixture to cool down
10)   Once cool down, add the sugar and knead the mixture gently to mix the sugar and form a dough.
11)   Divide the mixture in equal parts and make small balls (laddoo)
12)   Now roll the laddoos in remaining desiccated coconut so that the each laddoo will be coated by coconut

Gas Recipe

If you are using the gas, heat the mixture in nonstick pan on medium heat. Stir the mixture after every 1 or two minutes.
