Saago Mango delight is my first video recipe which I
shoot more than 2 years back. It was like holding the camera in one hand and
preparing the recipe with another.
This is sabudana aam barfi which we can prepare for vrat
or upavas. Hope you will like this recipe.
Ingredients
1)
1 cup sabudana (sago seeds) soaked in water for
4 to 6 hours
2)
1 cup mango pulp (puree)
3)
¾ cup sugar
4)
½ cup ararot
5)
2 tsp almond chopped
6)
¼ tsp food color
Method
1)
Mix sabudana, mango pulp and sugar in a pan. Stir
well.

Now add ararot in the mixture and stir well.

Add food color in the mixture and stir well
until sugar dissolves completely.
4)
Now grease the plate of Dhokla pot with ghee (If
you do not have dhokla pot you can use pressure cooker).
5)
Pour the mixture on the plate.
6)
Cover and heat the dhokla pot (or pressure
cooker) for 15 to 20 minutes.
7)
Turn off the heat and remove the plate from the
dhokla pot and sprinkle the chopped almonds on the cooked mixture. (lightly press
the almonds into the mixture).
8)
Allow it cool down (30 to 45 minutes)
9)
Once cooled, cut the burfi (vadi) into equal
parts.
